Information pursuant to art. 13 Legislative Decree 196/2003

Dear customer, I inform you that the Legislative Decree no. 196 of 30 June 2003 (Code regarding the protection of personal data) provides for the protection of persons and other subjects with regard to the processing of personal data. The undersigned Company informs that for the establishment and execution of the ongoing contractual/commercial/informative relationships with you, it will enter/is in possession of data acquired even verbally directly or through third parties, relating to you, data classified as personal by law.
According to the law, this treatment will be based on principles of correctness, lawfulness and transparency and protection of your privacy and your rights. Pursuant to article 13 of Legislative Decree n.196/2003, therefore, I provide you with the following information:
The data is collected and processed to register the customer and activate the requested information service for him as well as for any other and subsequent contractual/commercial requirement as well as to comply with the consequent legal and contractual obligations as well as to achieve an effective management of commercial relations and also for the purposes of credit protection and better management of our rights relating to the individual relationship.
The data you provide will also be used for the periodic sending of documentation/commercial information/statistical surveys relating to the activities practiced by the registered company and its partners.

At any time, however, you may oppose the aforementioned processing by communicating it directly to the owner Company. For a more effective modification/cancellation of the treatment in question, it is advisable to use a traceable communication method (for example: registered mail, certified e-mail, etc.).

The data will be processed in written form and/or on magnetic, electronic or telematic support. The provision of data is mandatory for all that is required by legal and contractual/informative obligations and therefore any refusal to supply them or to subsequent processing may determine the impossibility of the writer to proceed with the contractual/informative relationships.
On the other hand, failure to provide all data that is not attributable to legal or contractual obligations will be evaluated from time to time by the writer and will determine the consequent decisions related to the importance of the data requested with respect to the management of the commercial relationship.

Without prejudice to the communications and dissemination carried out in compliance with legal obligations, the data may possibly be communicated in Italy to:

professionals and consultants
For the same purposes, the following categories of persons in charge and/or managers and external subjects may become aware of the data you provide:

Administrative office;
Legal office;
Accounting Office;
Suppliers of goods and services, who carry out activities on our behalf;
In charge.
The aforementioned communication will be made within the limits strictly necessary for the fulfillment of the request made by you as well as for the fulfillment of the consequent contractual relationship and/or for mere accounting/fiscal purposes using all the precautions provided by law in order to guarantee your privacy.
You will in any case be kept informed verbally or in writing of this dissemination/communication, upon your request.

The data will be processed for the entire duration of the relationship established and also subsequently, within the limits set out above, for the fulfillment of all legal obligations as well as for the purposes indicated in this information.
Once the existing relationship has ended/your request for information has been acknowledged, the relative files or data existing on computerized means will be automatically saved on a database and used for sending commercial/advertising/statistics communications.
Data in paper form will be kept for the minimum time required by law and subsequently destroyed.

If you request it, you will be promptly notified of the person/persons appointed to process your personal data.
You can exercise your rights towards the data controller at any time, pursuant to article 7 of Legislative Decree 196/2003, which we reproduce in full for your convenience:

Legislative Decree n.196/2003, Art. 7 – Right of access to personal data and other rights

The interested party has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or not of personal data concerning him, even if not yet registered, and their communication in an intelligible form.
The interested party has the right to obtain the indication:
of the origin of the personal data;
of the purposes and methods of the treatment;
of the logic applied in case of treatment carried out with the aid of electronic instruments;
of the identification details of the owner, of the managers and of the designated representative pursuant to article 5, paragraph 2;
of the subjects or categories of subjects to whom the personal data may be communicated or who can learn about them as designated representative in the territory of the State, managers or agents.
The interested party has the right to obtain:
updating, rectification or, when interested, integration of data;
the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed unlawfully, including data whose retention is unnecessary for the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed;
the attestation that the operations referred to in letters a) and b) have been brought to the attention, also as regards their content, of those to whom the data have been communicated or disseminated, except in the case in which this fulfillment proves impossible or involves the use of means manifestly disproportionate to the protected right.
The interested party has the right to object, in whole or in part:
for legitimate reasons, to the processing of personal data concerning him, even if pertinent to the purpose of the collection;
to the processing of personal data concerning him for the purpose of sending advertising material or direct sales or for carrying out market research or commercial communication.
